This demo offers one seed with a small number of NPCs. What I'm hoping for by releasing this is useful feedback that I can use to improve the experience even more.

This game is planned to be on Steam sometime next year.

How to play:

Run around the town and bump into NPCs to get their clues. You can also carry clues and put them into your backpack. When NPCs are presented with a clue, they may offer even more clues.

The game ends when you can connect all the names and all the relationships in the map game mode, by clicking on the book.

I'm not sure if it works on Linux. It's an .exe file that fires up a JRE.
